File new 700x700 resize later. fill with white.

New layer fill with colour of choice effects

texture effects select a brick wall effect of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable duplicate.

Resize element28 paste as new layer on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize element6 paste as new layer on top of element28

move towards to of mask drop shaddow.

Magic wand click in center of each frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow.

Use your deformation tool to adjust frame to fit

nicely around your tube select none.

Resize element14 paste as new layer place to left

of frame on top of mask drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize element38 paste as new layer place on top left side

of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror use defromation tool

to make it slightly taller than the 1st.

Resize element9 paste as new layer place to left of frame

on top of element 38 drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize element1 paste as new layer place to bottom left of frame

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize element7 paste as new layer place to bottom left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize Francis01 tube paste as new layer place

Resize all layers then crop.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background layer.

Save as PNG.
