Font of choice i used tweed.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill paper of choice

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

I added bright noise effect set on 50 to mine.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer place to towards top left of mask

magic wand click on each pattern around the frame

selections modify exspand by3 new layer fill with colour of choice

select none drag belwo frame.

Magic wand click in center of frame modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame select none

drop shaddow frame.

resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize safety pin3 paste as new layer image mirror

place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize wordart1 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Crop resize add name place to bottom right of tube

add EC gradient glow set on3 then drop shaddow duplicate.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background layer.

Save as PNG.
