File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper pf choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize splat3 paste as new layer place to top left of mask

duplicate image mirror image flip image mirror

duplicate image mirror.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top of mask and splats

magic wand click in center and small blank parts

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

drag below frame selections invert delete on keyboard.

 Resize crystal curtain2 paste as new layer delete on keyboard.

Copy and paste close up tube of choice drop shaddow

delete on keyboard change blend mode to luminance

drop shaddow frame layer.

Paste main tube of choice place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize button4 paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate place on top left of 1st. button.

Resize pin4 paste as new layer rotate 90% right

place to top of frame drop shaddow erase small portion of pin.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to bottom of frame.

Resize crop add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background save as PNG.
