Font of choice i used DriftType.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice

effects texture effects texture choose a brick effect.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge visable

use deformation tool to stretch and fill canvas.

Resize jail paste as new layer place

towards top left of mask magic wand click in center

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below jail

Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer

drop shaddow delete on keyboard.

Resize button2 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of jail drop shaddow.

Resize horseshoe paste as new layer place

just beneath horseshoe drop shaddow.

Resize horse paste as new layer place to bottom left

of jail drop shaddow.

Resize embellishment image mirror paste as new layer

place to bottom left of horse drop shaddow.

Resize WA paste as new layer place to right

of embellishment drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize 2nd.tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top bottom corner of jail drop shaddow.

Resize noose paste as new layer place on top of tube head

drop shaddow erase small parts to show hair and hat over noose.

Resize badge paste as new layer place on top

of tubes buttocks use clone brush copy over wordart

add your own wordart i used Rawhide drop shaddow both.

Add name place to top right of jail drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop and resize if needed.

Delete background layer save as PNG.
