File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame 4 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer.

Resize mesh paste as new layer drop shaddow

delete on keyboard.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom

of frame delete on keyboard selections select none.

Paste tube again drag above 1st.tube drop shaddow

Lign up with tube below use selection tool cut overlapping

of tube at bottom of frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize decostring paste as new layer drop shaddow

place on top of mask to your liking erase any you don't want showing.

Resize paper heart1 paste as new layer image mirror

place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize button paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to bottom right of frame.

Resize bow9 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to bottom center of frame.

Resize tag 2 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to bottom left of frame rotate to the right slightly.

Add name on top of tag2 drop shaddow.

Resize crop add url copyright and watermark.

Delete background layer.

Save as PNG.
