File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer 

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize enlarge frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

resize paper of choice paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Paste close up tube as new layer drop shaddow

delete on keyboard select none change blend mode to luminance.

Paste main tube as new layer drop shaddow image mirror

place to right of frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place on top of frame bow drop shaddow.

Resize flower posy paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize wordart of choice paste as new layer place

to top of frame i gave mine EC gradient glow set on1.

Resize labels2 paste as new layer place to bottom and under frame

drop shaddow add name on top of labels2 rotate

add EC gradient glow set on1.

Crop resize all layers ticked .

Add url copyright and water mark.

Delete background layer

Save as PNG.
