Filters unlimited2.

Tramages tow the line.

Font of choice i used Kirsty.

Open template delete credit layer i resized mine 650 pixels wide.

Highlight oval layer selections select all new layer

fill with colour tp compliment your tube.

Add filters unlimited2 special effects square bumps

Density48. Shading36.

Add psp texture effects Weave 3.7.2. black.fill gaps.

Highlight little square selections select all effects

Tramages tow the line play with thr seetings till you get what you want.

Open tube copy paste head and shoulders drop shaddow

place bottom right corner of frame selections

invert delete on keyboard change blend mode to luminance.

Select none. Highlight layer little square2 add tramages tow line as above

Copy paste head and shoulders tube image mirror 

drop shaddow place to bottom center of frame selections

invert delete on keyboard select none change blend mode to luminance.

Open main tube paste as new layer place to left of template

duplicate on original layer effects blur gussian blur on3.

Highlight teal circle select all fill with colour of choice psp texture effects

blinds 4.100 horizontal ticked.

All other layer change colourize then add dsb flux bright noise set on 100.

Teal square layer i filled with black and no effects.

All layers add drop shaddow on 2.2.5.50 then again with -2 -2.

Move line.star line and wordart down a little.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to left inside template add EC gradient glow on 1.

Drop shaddow duplicate move to bottom right of template.

Save as PNG.
