Font of choice i used Scatterbrained Restrained.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable move to left add psp weave effect.

Resize elements 2.3 and 6 paste as new layer on top of mask

duplicate image mirror image flip arrange to your liking.

Resize element52 paste as new layer center of mask

magic wand click in 1st blank circle selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize face of tube image mirror paste as new layer

delete on keyboard change blend mode to screen.

Repeat as above adding element 20 in middle frame and

paper of choice in end right frame.

Paste main tube as new layer place to right of frame

duplicate on original blur gussian blur on 5.

Top tube add drop shaddow 4.4.70.7 then again

-4.-4.70.7 then duplicate.

Resize element11 paste as new layer on top of

tube hand drop shaddow use freehand tool draw around hand

on your tube paste as new layer on top of original tube.

Resize element24 paste as new layer place

top center of frame drop shaddow add wordart

i used Goth love drop shaddow in grey place on top of element 24.

resize element43 paste as new layer place to top right of frame.

Resize element 1 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element 25 paste as new layer place just below

1st small tube drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element 7 paste as new layer image mirror

place on top bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow

duplicate place under 1st boot.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

resize element 4 as near to the size as the one on the tube

paste as new layer place towards end of stick

drop shaddow name this layer1.

Duplicate move bird to right of lamp name this layer2

duplicate move bird to top of 1st boot name this layer3.

Close layers 2 and 3 highlight layer 1 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp close layer1 highlight layer2 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp close layer2 highlight layer3 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Change prperties speed to75.

View animation save as.
