File new 650 x 650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice

mask new select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame 1 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by 20

fill with colour of choice drag below frame.

Paste close up tube of choice selections invert delete on keyboard.

Select none change blend mode to luminance and opacity to 50.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize wordart6 paste as new layer use deformation tool

to make it fit just outside the frame drop shaddow.

Open main tube paste as new layer place to right of frame

drop shaddow.

Resize wordart7 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top center of frame drop shaddow.

delete background save as PNG.
