Font of choice i used stoned wash 6.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with colour from tube mask select and apply mask

merge mask layer visable.

I added psp weave effect.

Resize frame2 paste on top center of mask magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by5

fill with made gradient colours from tube.

I gave mine tramages tow the line plugin effect.

Copy and paste tube of choice place to bottom of frame

duplicate on original blur by 5 on top tube heavy drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize glitter star paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize paper clip paste as new layer place to right of frame rotate

drop shaddow erase center of clip so it looks like its clipping on.

Resize wordart paste as new layer place to bottom

right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

delete background layer save as PNG.
