File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with colour of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame7 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

fill with paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer resize element12 paste as new layer

delete on keyboard drop shaddow select none.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame drop shaddow tube and frame.

Resize element49 paste as new layer place

to left center of frame move on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize element 41 paste as new layer place to bottom of element49

rotate slightly drop shaddow.

Resize element16 paste as new layer place on top right of

element 41 drop shaddow.

Resize element 21 paste as new layer place to bottom

bottle drop shaddow.

Resize element 17 paste as new layer place

on top left of element 21 drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to just under the hands of your tube drop shaddow.

Delete background layer save as PNG.
