Template...

File new 650x250

 Resize paste as new layer with texture of choice.

Resize tube of choice paste full tube as new layer center of template

duplicate on original tube blur set on5

on top tube drop shaddow then duplicate.

Copy and paste as new layer head and shoulders of tube

place to left of template drop shaddow change 

blend mode to luminance, duplicate image mirror.

Highlight your texture layer select all float defloat

modify contrast by 4 invert new layer fill with colour of choice

add noise set on 100 random drag above end tubes under center tube.

Image add border size 3 image resize 650 width.

Add url copyright and watermar.

Add name place on top left tube add EC gradient glow set on1 white.

Edit copy paste as new image in animation shop duplicate twice.

Open Melissa's heart bling delete black frame

image resize by 45 percentage of original.

Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of your template

edit select all edit paste in selected frame place

to your liking repeat untill you have as many blings

you want on your template.

View animation save as.

Resize and fill with same texture you used on template.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Highlight texture layer select all float defloat

modify contract by3 invert new layer

fill with colour of choice drag to top add noise as you did on banner

image add border set on set on2.

Image resize 150x150.

Add copyright and licence place to bottom of aviatar.

Add name place on top of arm of tube add EC gradient glow.

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.

Repeat adding your bling as you did on banner

Mirror image before adding your second bling.

view animation save as.
