Banner...

File new 650x250 fill with white.

Open texturepurples colourize Hue25 Saturation 116.resize.

Highlight white background layer select all float

paste texture as new layer invert delete on keyboard.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place

to left of template delete on keyboard

change blend mode to luminance.

Duplicate place on top right of 1st tube resize again

change blend mode to luminance.

Copy paste close up tube place to right center

of your last tube delete on keyboard select none

 duplicate on original gussian blur 5

on copy drop shaddow in white.

Preset shapes tool rectangle draw narrow rectangle down

right side of template foreground on a light colour

background on nul add bright noise on 50 mix.

Magic wand click in center of this rectangle selections

modify expand by3 use two colours from texture

make the darker of the two colours a gradient

angle 52 repeat1 invert gradient unticked.

Fill with this made gradient drag below noise rectangle select none.

Add EC gradient glow on3 to noise triangle duplicate mirror

place and align on top of bottom noice rectangle.

Highlight texture background select all float defloat

modify contract by5 invert new layer fill with same

light colour you used for right narrow rectangle drag to top

but below your close up tube layers select none.

Add same EC gradient glow as before duplicate image flip.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place down right narrow rectangle drop shaddow.

Animation...

Highlight texture background colours adjust brightness/ contrast

Brightness 20 Contrast1 edit copy merged paste

in animation shop as new image.

Back to psps undo brightness/contrast add again change brightness to 30

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat as above one more time change Brightness/Contrast to 40

Copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Change properties speed to15 view animation save as.

File new 150x150 fill with white.

Repeat all you did for your banner this time drag border

on top of tube. save as PNG.
