Font of choice i used Impact.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with colour of choice mask new from image.

select and apply mask merge mask visable add psp weave effect.

Resize element22 paste as new layer

magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice i used the image background for mine.

Selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left bottom of frame i used the tube on its own for mine

drop shaddow delete on keyboard.

Erase any tube you do not want showing.

Resize element17 paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror image flip.

Resize element10 paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element 37 paste as new layer place on top bottom

 right sunflower rotate drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Crop and resize if needed.

deleted white background save as PNG.
