File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by5

Resize paper of choice paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame.Add natural sparkle plugin set on16. Select none.

Resize chauvesouris paste as new layer place

top right corner of frame paper fill drop shaddow

erase ones you do not want showing.

Drop shaddow frame duplicate make larger by 103

drag below original frame add gussian blur on 5.

Open full tube image mirror paste as new layer place

slightly to the left center of frame duplicate on original

add gussian blur set on 3 on top tube drop shaddow then duplicate.

Resize cat paste as new layer place bottom left of frame.

Add colour using colour brush to bats and cat eyes

on new layer dragging layers beleow bats and cat.

Resize chain1 paste as new layer place tot top right of frame.

Resize wordart1 paste as new layer place on top of frame

but below tubes drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Crop resize save as PNG.
