Font of choice i used times new vespasian.

File new 650x650 fill with white,

 new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask move to righ corner of canvas

merge mask visable.

Resize moon image mirror paste as new layer place top left of mask.

Resize tree image mirror paste as new layer place 

0n top right of moon drop shaddow.

Resize frame3 by 130 bigger colours grey scale

paste as new layer place on top bottom center of moon

magic wand click in side center modify exspend by5

fill with paper of choice of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag bellow frame.

Paste as new layer close uo tube place in center of frame paper

delete on keyboard change blend mode to luminance.

Select none drop shaddow frame.

Open main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to the right of frame duplicate bottom tube gussian blur 0n 5.

top tube drop shaddow then duplicate.

Resize bat paste as new layer place on top of moon and frame

drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize star3 paste as new layer place on top center

of bow erase center of string on star drop shaddow.

Resize Halloween sign paste as new layer place

beneath feet of tube drop shaddow.

Resize cate image mirror paste as new layer place

on top left corner of Halloween sign drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place left of cat drop shaddow.

Delete whit background save as PNG.
