dsb flux bright noise filter.
Banner...
Open my banner template delete credit layer.
Highlight background2 selections select all float
copy and paste middle tube as new layer place to right of template
invert delete on keyboard change blend mode to screen.
Resize full tube paste as new layer on top left of template
duplicate on original add gussian blur on5
on top tube add drop shaddow and duplicate again.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place underneath hands of left tube drop shaddow.
I used the orange colour on the tube for my drop shaddow.
Highlight frame layer add noise mix set on 80
copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.
Back to psp undo noise add noise set on 90
copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp undo noise add noise set 100
copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save as.

Open my avatar template in psp.
Work as for banner template but on a smaller scale.
Adding 1st.letter of name to top right corner of template.
Add same settings for noise as on banner.
Animate as for banner.
View animation save as.
