Font of choice i used hypografic.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper20 mask new from image select and apply mask

merge mask layer visable add psp weave effect.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame modify exspand by4

 fill with background that comes with your tube or paper of choice,

Selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

select none. Magic wand click in center of all the holes on frame

modify exspand by2 new layer fill with colour of choice

add inner bevel select none drop shaddow frame.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place

to bottom left center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize frames 4 and 5 paste as new layers place

to top left of frame one on top of the other drop shaddow.

Resize element7 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Open half tube resize paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame duplicate,
Resize element7 paste as new layer rotate to the left place
on top of tube now use freehand tool on point to point
draw around both hands of tube paste as new layers
place and align on top of guitar merge layers guitar
and tubes visable drop shaddow.
Resize rocker text1 colourize to complimate your tube
paste as new layer place on tob bottom left of tube drop shaddow.
Resize music notes of choice paste as new layers
drop shaddow as you go place to your liking.
Resize star2 paste as new layer colourize drop shaddow place
as many as you like to top of frame.
Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Delete white background save as PNG.
