fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame paste as new layer magic wand click in center
selections modify exspand by5 fill with paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Resize bucle and ribbon paste as new layer place
on top bottom center of frame drop shaddow.
Open my wordart copy and paste as new layer place
center of frame on drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to left side of frame drop shaddow.
Resize hanging heart paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize ribbon with charm paste as new layer place
on top of hanging heart drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.
crop resize all layers 650x650.
Delete white background save as PNG.
