Tube and scrap kit of choice.

You need a licence to use this art and you can get the free gift.
Send a reciete of any tube you have purchased from PTE over the past 12 months to
File new 650x650 fill with white.
Resize frame3 colourize paste as new layer.
Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5
fill with paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame resize element13 paste as new layer
invert delete on keyboard select none.
Drop ahddow frame and element13.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place to right of frame
duplicate on original tube add gussian blur set on 5
on copy of tube add drop shaddow and duplicate again.
Resize element22 paste as new layer place bottom left of frame
i gave mine a white drop shaddow.
Resize element8 paste as new layer place on top bottom
of tree drop shaddow duplicate.
Resize element15 and 20 colourize elemnent 20 paste as new layers
drop shaddow as you go place and arrange both these elements
to your liking merge these layers of the bauble then layers of the gloves then duplicate.
Open my wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.
Add name place to bottom right of frame between tree and tube
drop shaddow
Add url copyright and watermark.
Crop resize 650x650.
Hide all layers leaving just frame fill paper and element 13
merge these two layer visable edit copy merged
paste in animation shop as new image duplicate 9 times.
Open snow from my supplies resize by 130 pixels edit select all
edit copy highlight 1st. frame of your tag edit select all edit copy in selected frame
place top top and halfway down then repeat again for the bottom half.
Back to psp close merge layer and white background layer
merge visable all other layers edit copy paste in animation shop as new image
duplicate 9 times highlight 1st. frame of your tag
edit select all edit paste in selected frame align up with your paper fill.
View animation save as.
