Supplies.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with red mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize cluster frame paste as new layer place on top
center of mask, magic wand click in all blank spaces center of frame
selections modify exspand by10 fill with paper 2 selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.
Magic wand now click in each small rings around frame
modify by 5 new layer fill with white drag below frame
select none duplicate this layer twice name them snowball 1- 2 and 3 drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer place
to left of frame duplicate on original tube layer add gussian blur on 5.
On copy of tube drop shaddow and duplicate.
Resize bow paste as new alyer place to top center of frame
drop shaddow bow.
Resize ginger bread paste as new layer place on top bottom center
of frame drop shaddow.
Resize candy paste as new layer place bottom left corner
of boxes drop shaddow rotate slightly duplicate image mirror place
on top right of 1st.candy.
Resize ornament1 and 2 and stocking image mirror stocking
arrange these on the tree to your liking see mine for details
drop shaddow as you go.
Open red twinkle from my supplies in animation shop
file export to picture tube, back to psp click on picture tube tool
find your red twinkle add as many to your tree as you like.
Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
crop and resize 650 pixels width.
Close snowball layers 2 and 3 highlight snowball layer 1 add noise on 80 mix
edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.
Back to psp close snowball layer 1 highlight snowball layer 2 add noise on 90 mix
edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp close snowball layer 2 highlight snowball layer 3 add noise on 100
edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save as.
