Copy and paste frame5 as new layer magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice invert delete on keybord

drag below frame layer.Open my wordart from supplies

paste as new layer on top of frame paper fill.

Copy and paste element30 paste as new layer on top of wordart

delete on keyboard drop shaddow this layer and frame select none.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top center

of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element39 paste as new layer place to left of frame

drop shaddow add 2012 on top center drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element62 paste as new layer place to

 right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element61 paste as new layer place top left

of frame drag it below frame on top of mask duplicate image mirror

duplicate image mirror move beneath 1st firework duplicate

image mirror duplicate image mirror move

 beneath 2nd firework on the the left duplicate image mirror

merge all these firework layers visable.

Add name place to bottom right of tube i gave mine a gradient glow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop if needed, Highlight the merged firework layer

effects dbs flux bright noise set on 80 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image back to psps

undo noise add noise set on90 edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame, back to psps undo noise add noise set on 100

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
