File new 700x700 crop later fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask select and apply

merge mask layer visable.

Resize element1 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Selections modify exspand by5 fill with colour of choice

i used 2 blues and made a gradien from the dark blue then

added psp weave effect drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to left

of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element37 paste as new layer on top top of mask

arrange to your likng duplicate image mirror.

Resize element2 paste as new layer place to center of frame

drop ahddow.

Resize element6 paste as new layer place to top right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize 2 ribbons place on top bottom of frame drop shaddow

rotate and arrange to your liking.

Resize element7 paste as new layer place right of frame

drop shaddow.

Resize element35 paste as new layer place on top bottom

right og wine bottle drop shaddow duplicate place

on top bottom right of 1st. glass.

Resize element24 paste as new layer place on top of glasses

drop shaddow drag below glasses.

Resize element22 paste as new layer place right bottom

of Genie lamp drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom left of Genie i used same gradient as before.

Crop delete white background.

Save as PNG.
