File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize frame paste as new layer magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by5resize paper3

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom

of frame but just have her head slightly overlapping top of frame

Use selection tool cut off bottom part of tube thats overlapping drop shaddow.

Resize candles paste as new layer place to bottom left

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tree paste as new layer place to bottom right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize gift boxes paste as new layer place on top bottom

of tree drop shaddow 2.2.50.5 then -2 -2 50 5.duplicate.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place top

left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom beneath gifts boxes drop shaddow.

Crop and resize if needed.

Highlight candles layer use freehand tool draw around

each candle flame effects EC Fire add fire on settings below.

Start from far side ticked- Random seed 254 Edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image back to psp

undo select none undo fire add fire change random to 9720

edit copy paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psps undo select none undo fire add fire 

change random seed 4340 edit copy merged paste in

animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
