File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer

fill with colour of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame by250 sharpen a couple times paste as

new layer on top of mask magic wand click in center not

forgetting below the bow selections modify by5 paste paper of choice

Invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Copy and paste proud to be American paste as ne wlayer

place inside top of frame drop shaddow.

Copy paste flag2 as new layer place left inside frame drop shaddow.

Copy and paste American heart as new layer place

bottom left of Proud to be american drop shaddow.

Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer image mirror

place to right of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize red blue and white flowers paste in that order top left

of frame drop shaddow as you go.

Repeat as above for the stars.

Copy and paste my country patch paste as new layer place

bottom left of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Copy and paste butterfly place on top of red flower drop shaddow.

Make larger button1 copy and paste as new layer place

on tubes bottom drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name i used a paper for my fill drop shaddow

place bottom of frame.

Crop resize 650 pixel width delete white background.

save as PNG.
