Banner...

Open my Banner templte from my supplies.

Highlight background layer, resize close up tube paste as new layer

Place to far left of template drop shaddow change

blendmode to luminance duplicate.

Resize half tube paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to far right of template change blendmode to luminance.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place top center of tubes add EC Gradient glow.

Highlight frame layer add constalation settings in my supplies.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalation hitting random seed

just once, edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalation hitting random seed once

edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Open the twinkle from supplies working from the last frame

delete frames till you only have the first 3 frames left.

Edit select all edit copy highlight your banner edit select all

edit paste in selected frame place to your own liking, repeat as above

till you have all the twinkles you want added see mine for details.

View animation save as.

Work as for your banner but resize layers as you go.

Add 1st.letter of name place to bottom right of avatar.

View animation save as.
