Supplies.

Banner...
Open my banner template from my supplies.
Highlight fill background.
Copy and paste tube of choice drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom right of template
add EC gradient glow.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.
Duplicate 23 times open star ani from supplies
highlight 1st.frame edit select all edit copy
highlight 1st frame of your template edit select all edit paste in selected frame.
Repeat this step till you have star lines across top and bottom.
Highlight ani star edit select all animation rotate 90 either way.
Now repeat as above till you have star lines
down both sides,View animation Save as.
Avatar...
You can copy and paste layers in order from your banner
But resize after pasting on to your avatar.
Add name place to bottom of avatar add EC gradient glow.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop
and work as you did adding ani star lines as you did on your banner.
View animation save as.
