EC gradient glow.

Xenofex constalation plugin.

Open template delete credit layer. Highlight layer8 new layer

fill with white.

Method for filling layers...

Select layer your wanting to fill,select all float

 new layer fill with colour of choice delete original layer.

Layer 6 i used penta.com dot and cross filter.

Layer3 i added psp weave effect.

layer5 i added dbs flux bright noise.

Layers 4 13 and 16 i added EC gradient glow.

Highlight layer4 open tube image mirror paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard change

blend mode to luminance.

Highlight layer5 selections select all float

paste tube as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

select none paste tube again drag on top of 1st tube

drop shaddow align with bottom tube use selection tool

cut off bottom of overlapping tube.

Move all wordart to top of tube and below bottom of tube

drop shaddow white shaddow on all wordart duplicate.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top of star magic wand

click on all centers of letters of your name add psp weave effect rotate

then drop shaddow and duplicate.

Crop resize if needed.

Highlight layer 5 effects Xenofex constalation use settings from supplies.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constaltion add constalation

change random seed to 5522 edit copymerged paste in animation shop

after current frame.

Repeat undoing constalation and adding it settings as below

8268...9758...6041.

You should end up with 5 frames in animation shop

View animation save as.
