File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with colour of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable add psp weave effect.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in all frame center blanks selections

modify exspand by5 fill with paper of choice.

I used the background that comes with my tube.

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer  invert delete on keyboard

drop shaddow select none.

Add wordart Thinking of you in font of choice drop shaddow

place to top of frame.

Resize moon2 paste as new layer place on top left

corner of paper frame fill drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place top right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize key paste as new layer place right of frame

drop shaddow drag below flower.

Resize candlraba place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top bottom of frame drop shaddow.Crop resize.

Highlight cadleabra layer use freehand tool on point to point

Draw around each candle frame effects EC5 nature fire

Add fire same settings as below.

Select none edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp undo select none undo fire add fire

hit random seed once select none copy merged paste

in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat as above one more time.

View animation save as.
