File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with

paper of choice.Mask new from image select and apply mask

merge mask visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of frame.

magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame.

resize tube of choice paste as new layer invert delete

on keyboard drop shaddow duplicate select none.

Resize pot of gold paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize felt leprechaun paste as new layer place

on top right of pot of gold drop shaddow.

Duplicate leprechaun 3 times more name 1.2.3.and 4.

Resize sachet paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Close all leprechaun layers merge others visable.

Open layer1 save as close this layer

open layer2 save as close this layer

open layer3 save as close this layer

open layer4.

Open animation shop click on animation wizard

Same size as the first image frame ticked next.

Transparent ticked next

Upper left corner of frame with the canvas colour both ticked next.

Yes repeat the animation indefinitely tickec next.

Add image find your layers of the leprechaun you saved

in psp click on layer1 then add layer 2 then 3 and 4.

Next then finish. you should have 4 frames now.

Crop around the fist leprechaun in the first frame

check last frame to see none of the leprechaun is chopped off.

back to psp close all leprechaun layers highlight

your other merged layers edit copy merged in animation shop

duplicate 3 times.

back to your leprechaun edit select all edit copy

 paste as new image edit select all animation reverse frames

edit copy highlight last frame of your first leprechaun animation

edit paste after current frame, you should now have 8 frames.

change speed properyies to20.

View animation if happy with it save as.
