File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable

i added psp weave to mine.

Resize element24 paste as new layer on top on of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5.

fill with paper of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag bellow frame.drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer top center of frame

drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element18 paste as new layer place

top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element29 paste as new layer place top right

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top center of gold pot drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650 pixels width.

Merge all layers visable.

Duplicate your tag twice add tiny stars to left side

of diamond around frame edit copy paste in animation shop

as new image back to psp 1st copy of frame add tiny stars

to right side of diamonds around frame edit copy

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp on 3rd copy of frame add tiny stars to top

of diamonds around frame edit copy paste in animation shop

after current frame, View animation save as.
