Font of choice i used Jayne Print YOFF.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice

Mask new from image select and apply mask

merge mask visable, add penta'com filter effect.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify exspand by5

Fill with paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame, Copy and paste close up tube as new layer

delete on keyboard change blend mode to overlay.

Drop shaddow frame.

Copy and paste full tube as new layer drag to top drop shaddow

place to right side of frame duplicate.

Resize tag paste as new layer place to top left of frame

drop shaddow resize XO wordart paste on top of tag drop shaddow.

Resize flower decor paste as new layer on top of tag drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Crop resize 650 pixels in width delete white background.

Save as PNG.
