File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice.

Mask select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Resize frame7 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by 30 new layer fill with colour of choice

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

delete on keyboard drop shaddow frame.

Resize star doodle paste as new layer on top left of mask

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror duplicate image flip

duplicate image mirro duplicate rotate 90% right

place center side of mask duplicate image mirror.

Resize lips44 paste as new layer place top left of frame.

Resize zip heart2 paste as new layer place beneath lips drop shaddow.

Resize flower15 paste as new layer place top right

drop shaddow duplicate twice place one after the other

on top and beneath 1st.flower.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom right of frame add EC gradient glow.

Crop resize 650 pixels width all layers ticked.

Highlight frame add noise set on 30 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image, back to psp

undo noise add noise set on 40 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame,

back to psp undo noise add noise set on 50 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
