Tube of choice i used Keith Garvey.

Supplies.

Tag...
File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable
i added psp weave effect to mine.
Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top center of mask
magic wand click inside selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Resize diamond curtain paste as new layer delete on keyboard
add EC gradient glow duplicate.
Copy and paste tube of choice paste as new layer place
bottom of frame delete on keyboard select none
paste tube again drop shaddow align on top of 1st.tube drag to top
cut off or erase overlapping of tube at the bottom.
Resize blossom branch paste as new layer place
on top left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flowers paste as new layer place on top of blossom drop shaddow.
Resize stitched heart paste as new layer place on top bottom
of flowers drop shaddow.
Resize flower1 paste as new layer place top right of frame
drop shaddow duplicate place beneath 1st, flower1
Resize butterfly paste as new layer lace on top bottom right flower
drop shaddow duplicate image mirror place on top
left of flowers.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Crop resize all layer 650 pixels width.
Add tiny stars to belt, tiara, neck chain earing bracelet and center of bra.
Adding stars 1 layer at a time doing at least 3 per layer or
as many as you like. Edit copy merged each layer paste in animation shop
1st layer as new image the other 3 layers after current frame
going back to psp after pasting layer in animation shop and
undoing stars before adding more.
When happy with your tag view animation save as.
Banner...
Open banner template from supplies.
Highlight background layer select all paste smae paper you used for tag
frame fill as new layer delete original layer.
Add elements same as you used in your tag.
[Tip If you don't delete your tag in psp.
what i do is copy all my layers one at a time from my tag
resize as you go then paste on your banner].
Add tube to far left of template add resized tube to far left
change blend mode to luminance.
Drag left tube to top.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place bottom center of banner drop shaddow.
Repeat adding tiny stars as you did on your tag you can go over
stars to make up your layers to 4 for animation.
When happy with your banner view animation save as.
Avatar...
Open avatar from supplies.
Again add all layers you used on your banner resize as you go.
Add copyright and licence .
Add 1st. letter of name place bottom right of template
drop shaddow, again add stars as you did for banner
