File new 650x650 resize later. Fill with white.

New layer fill with paper13 mask new from image

select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer place on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame, selections modify

exspand by5 resize paper1 paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame.Resize circles paste as new layer place

on top center of frame paper fill delete on keyboard.

Resize diamond paste as new layer place on top center

of circle drop shaddow select none drop shaddow frame.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer place to right side

of frame drop shaddow.

Open credit card delete name here and background layers

Highlight credit card layer edit copy, paste as new layer resize

place bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize lips paste as new layer place on top left corner

of credit card rotate drop shaddow.

Resize charm1 paste as new layer place to left center

of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Close background and mask layer, merge all other layers visable.

Highlight background layer edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.

Back to psp close background layer, highlight mask layer

edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.

Edit select all highlight 1st frame of background

edit select all edit paste in selected frame place center of frame.

Open bling frame from supplies edit select all animation

replace colour place your picker on the white bling tick new color 800000

Resize bling frame by 120 pixels width, edit select all edit copy

Highlight 1st frame on your mask edit select all edit

paste in selected frame.you may need to play

with the size you want it just touching top, bottom and both sides of mask.

View animation.

Back to psp close mask layer highlight merged layer with tube on it

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.

edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of your of your

other tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame place

so it is center of your bling frame.

View animation.

back to psp add name place on top bottom left of credit card rotate

drop shaddow, edit copy paste in animation shop as new image

duplicate twice edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame

of your tag, edit select all edit paste in selected frame.

View animation save as.
