Supplies.
File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer
fill with paper of choice, mask select and apply mask
merge mask visable i added psp weave effect to mine.
Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand click in center of frame selections
modify exspand by6 paste paper of choice invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame.
I added Tramages tow the line filter effect.Select none.
Highlight frame magic wand click in all the butterfly blanks
around the frame modify by2 new layer
fill with colour of choice drag below frame select none.
Resize flower3 paste as new layer place one on top
of each flower around the frame, drop shaddow select none.
Drag to top of frame.
Resize cherry blossom paste as new layer place
on top left side of frame rotate drop shaddow duplicate
image mirror place left of 1st cherry blossom.

Resize flower8 colourize to compliment your tube paste as new layer
place on top of mask top top right corner drop shaddow.
Resize bow3 paste as new layer place on top
of blossom twigs drop shaddow.
Resize butterfly3 paste as new layer rotate place
to right side of frame.
Resize dragonfly paste as new layer place
to bottom right of frame colourize drop shaddow duplicate.
Open my mother Earth wordart from supplies
paste as new layer place to top of frame.
Crop and resize. Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place to bottom left of frame rotate drop shaddow.
Highlight the layer you coloured on the frame butterflys.
Add noise set on 80 edit copy merged paste in 
animation shop as new image, back to psp undo noise
add noise set on 90 edit copy merged paste
in animation shop after current frame. back to psp
undo noise add noise set on 100 edit copy merged
paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save as.
