Font of choice i used Eagle GT II.

File new 605x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask

merge mask layer visable.

Resize element1 colourize to compliment your tube

paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify

exspand by5 new layer fill with colour of choice then add

Muras Meister filler clouds set on defaultThen i added

tramages tow the line drag below frame.

Resize and rotate element46 paste as new layer place

top left of mask duplicate image mirror duplicate

image flip drop shaddow as you go.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer rotate place

to bottom left of frame selections invert delete on keyboard

paste tube again drag to top and align it up with bottom tube

drop shaddow, use selection tool cut away overlapping of tube

down right side, select none drop shaddow frame.

 Resize element77 paste as new layer drop shaddow place to left of frame.

Resize element36 paste as new layer place

top right of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place to bottom of front bike wheel 

and drag below tube layer drop shaddow.

delete white background save as PNG.
