Font of choice i used Great Vibes.

File new 650x650 fill with white. new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize wire frame i colourized mine to compliment my tube.

paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magig wand click in center of frame selections modify

exspand by3 copy and paste either close up tube or

as i did the background that came with this tube

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize chicken wire paste as new layer delete on keyboard

select none colourize drop shaddow frame.

Resize full tube paste as new layer on top right of frame 

drop shaddow twice.

Resize love blocks colourize paste as new layer place

to bottom of tube drop shaddow .

Resize flowers colourize paste as new layer rotate to the right

place on top left corner of love blocks drop shaddow.

Resize cross colourize paste as new layer place

bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize raven image mirror paste as new layer place

on top left of cross drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom left of love blocks i added a coloured

drop shaddow to mine.

Crop delete white background.

Save as PNG.
