Tube of choice i used Misticheskaya.

Supplies.

Eye candy gradient glow plugin.
Open my templates in psp.
Banner...
Highlight background layer.
Open and resize tube of choice, paste to left of template,
Drop shaddow then duplicate image mirror.
Now align both tube up so the right leg goes over the left leg slightly.
Merge these two layers visable.
Move to left of template.
Add url copyright and licence.
Add name place to right bottom of template rotate slightly
Add noise then EC gradient glow in blue.
Crop merged apaque.
Save as PNG.
Avatar...
Copy the two tubes you merged on your banner
paste as new layer on top of background layer resize to fit.
Add copyright and licence.
Add 1st, letter of your name add noise and glow
place to center top of template.
Save as PNG.
