File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper1

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top center of mask

magic wand click in center of frame selections modify exspand by5

fill with paper4 selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Make your close up tube larger paste as new layer center of frame

delete on keyboard select none change blend mode to soft light.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize full tube paste as new layer image mirror place to right 

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place bottom center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize star2 paste as new layer top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize star1 paste as new layer place bottom right of 

star2 drop shaddow duplicate star2 place beneath star1.

Open my wordart from my supplies paste to top of frame.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place bottom right of tag add EC gradient glow.

Highlight frame paper fill  select all float add effects VanDerLee Snowflakes

 settings as follows.20.0.15.50.0.Basic snow. Random seed 20.

Select none edit copy merged paste as new image in animation shop.

back to psps undo select none undo snow add snow again this time

random seed set on 30 select none edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. back to psp repeat as above adding snow

but increase ramdom seed by 10 for the next 2 frames.

View animation save as.

Banner...

Open my banner from my supplies in psp.

Highlight the frame layer select all float fill as a new layer paper4.

Still on paper fill layer resize close up tube paste as new layer move to

left of template,duplicate image mirror change blendmode to left tube

 soft light.select none, crop apaque merged.

Resize star1 paste as new layer drop shaddow place to top left

between tubes duplicate image mirror.

open my wordart from my supplies paste as new layer beneath stars.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place bottom center of two tubes add EC gradient glow.

Highlight paper background fill paper, add snow same as you did on your tag.

View animation save as.

Aviator...

Add paper background fill paper as you did for your banner resize to fit.

Resize tube paste as new layer place to left of template drop shaddow.

crop apaque merged.

Add copyright and licence number, add 1st.letter of name

place to top right of template add EC gradient glow.

Add snow set on 50.0.30.70.random 20 same as before.

Just change random seed by 10 for each frame.

View animation save as.
