Method for filling layers...

Highlight the layer your wanting to change and fill select all

float resize paper of choice paste as new layer delete original layer.

Highlight layer2 select all resize paper of choice invert

delete on keyboard delete original layer.

Resize close up tube image mirror paste as new layer drop shaddow

delete on keyboard select none change mode to luminance add Tramages tow the line.

Circle1 i added psp weave effect.

Triangle3 select all float new layer fill with lighter colour from tube

add noise set on 100 select none delete original layer.

Repeat on elipse2 layer.

Wordart duplicate select all modify by1 fill with white

drag below black wordart select none.

Add EC gradient glow to all paper layers and drop shaddow other layers.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place to right of template duplicate

bottom tube add gussian blur set on 4 on top tube drop shaddow.

Resize element18 paste as new layer place to top center of template.

Resize element11 paste as new layer place to top

left corner of template drop shaddow.

Resize element10 paste as new layer rotate place

down left of template drop shaddow under element11.

Resize element27 paste as new layer place on top bottom

of template drop shaddow.

Resize element24 paste as new layer place to the right of

template drop shaddow.

Resize element20 paste as new layer rotate place

on top right of template drop shaddow.

Resize element19 paste as new layer place bottom

right corner of template drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place on top of element 24 add EC gradient glow.

Delete white background save as PNG.
