File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper8.

Mura's Meister clouds default setting Light white FG white BG  4C6085.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize 54 paste as new layer image rotate 90% right

drop shaddow place to bottom toward the right on top of mask.

Resize 39 paste as new layer rotate 90% right place to bottom left

 on top of 54drop shaddow.

Resize 43 paste as new layer place on top center 

of mask drop shaddow.

Resize 14 paste as new layer place to bottom right of tree

colourize to compliment your tube, i used these settings for mine

Hue 157 Saturation 124. drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of tree drop shaddow.

Resize 6 paste as new layer rotate 90% right place on top

bottom of your tubes left leg drop shaddow.

Resize 7 paste as new layer place on top left of 6 drop shaddow. Drag39 above 6.

Resize 57 paste as new layer place on 54 drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize1 and 33 paste as new layers drop shaddow as you go

decorate to your own liking on top of tree.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place to bottomof snowman drop shaddow.

Hide url and name layers merge all other layers visable.

Highlight your merged layer edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new animation duplicate 4 times.

Open the snow highlight 1st.frame edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st.frame of your tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame.View animation.

Back to psp open and highlight your copyright layer edi copy

paste in animation shop as new animation duplicate 4 times.

Edit select all edit copy highlight the 1st.frame of your tag edit select all

edit paste in selected frame, repeat the same method for your name.

View animation save as.
