8 repeats delete original select none.

Rectangle strip select all float new layer fill with light colour

from your tube add psp weave in darker colour delete original select none.

Blue rectangle select all float new layer fill with dark and light colour

from your tube make darker colour a grdient linear

angle 58 repeat 8 delete original select none.

Shape layer select all float new layer fill with dark colour

add psp noise on 100 delete original select none.

Rectangle select all float new layer fill with dark colour delete

select all float new layer fill with light colour add psp noise on 100

delete original select none.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place to bottom of template add EC gradient glow white.

Delete white background save as PNG.
