File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize element10 paste as new layer, magic wand

click in center of frame,selections modify exspand by5

Resize and paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard.

Resize element7 paste as new layer place center of frame paper fill

delete on keyboard select none.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom of paper fill

drop shaddow use selection tool cut bottom of tube.drop shaddow frame.

Resize element35 paste as new layer place to bottom right corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element23 paste as new layer place on top left corner of frame duplicate image mirror.

Resize element5 paste as new layer place on top bottom left corner

of frame drop shaddow duplicate image rotate90% left place down  bottom left  of frame.

Resize element40 paste as new layer place on top left

edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate 4 times.

Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame of mask edit select all

edit paste on selected frame.if you keep your mouse still it will fit ok.

Resize snow by 85 twice then 90 once.or to your liking.

Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of your tag edit select all

edit paste in selected frame place it to the top repeat once again place

to the bottom this time..View animation save as.
