Eye candy gradient glow plugin.

File 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with colour to compliment you tube.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize element23 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

magic wand click inside all blanks inside frame selections modify exspand by3

Resize paper3 paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize element5 paste as new layer place inside frame select none.

Drop shaddow the frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element49 paste as new layer on top bottom left corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element24 paste as new layer place on top bottom right

of element 49 drop shaddow.

Resize element6 paste as new layer place on top element24

Add url copyright and licence, add name place on topbottom right

of tube add EC gradient glow.

Close all layers except your mask edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new animation

duplicate 4 times.

edit copy paste in animation shop as new animation 

duplicate 4 times, highlight 1st frame of the snow

edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of mask

edit select all edit paste into selected frame view animation.

Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame of your mask

open all your tag layers merge visable name it tag

edit copy, paste in animation shop as new animation

duplicate 4 times edit select all edit copy

Highlight 1st.frame of your mask and frame background

edit select all edit paste in selected frame

View animation save as.
