File new 650 by650 fill with white new layer fill with paper2 

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize element22 paste as new layer on top center of frame.

Magic wand click in center of frame, selections modify exspand by5

resize and paste paper3 as new layer invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize element41 paste as new layer delete on keyboard drop shaddow.

Resize element10 paste as new layer place to left of frame

delete on keyboard drop shaddow select none.

Resize element5 paste as new layer place on top left of frame 

erase any parts you do not want showing on your tube light drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize element74 paste as new layer place bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element43 paste as new layer place on top bottom right of tree drop shaddow.

Resize element21 paste as new layer place on top left bottom of tree drop shaddow.

Resize element1 paste as new layer image mirror drop shaddow place on top right of element21.

Resize element31 paste as new layer place on top bottom element21 drop shaddow.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image duplicate 4times.

Open snow edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame

of your tag edit select all paste in selected frame be careful its not on your CR.

View animation save as.
