file new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper21.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize splatter paste as new layer place all all around the mask drop shaddow.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top center of splatter.

Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

fill with paper11 selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame,resize iceicles paste as new layer delete on keyboard

select none drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice image mirror paste on top bottom

right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cakepops paste as new layer on top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize penguin paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame

Resize cocoa mug paste as new layer image mirror place

right of penguin drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name p[lace to bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Highlight frame layer effects psp noise set on random at 30.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp undo noise add noise agai set on 50. edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame, back to psp

undo noise add noise set on 70, edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. View animation save as.
