File 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper6.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize element3 paste as new layer bottom right corner

of mask,duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror

add some more and arrange on top and around mask to your liking.

Merge all firework layers visable,name fireworks.

Resize frame7 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper4 paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard.

drag below frame select none,drop shaddow frame.

Resize element28 paste as new layer on top center of frame paper drop shaddow.

Resize element8 paste as new layer on top of your work.

Resize Wordart1 paste as new layer on top center of frame

drop shaddow duplicate, merge these 2 layer visable.

Resize tube paste as new layer image mirror,place left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube01 paste as new layer on top bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Add 2013 wordart on top of baloon drop shaddow.

Resize element5 paste as new layer right of tube01 drop shaddow.

Resize element6 paste as new layer,on top right of bottle drop shaddow.

Use selection tool, draw around the wine in the glass.

Ann psp noise on 100 random.select none.

Resize element2 paste as new layer top right corner of frame.

Drop shaddow, rotate. Add 2013 wordart drop shaddow.

Resize element 10and 11 paste as new layer on top bottom

of all elements.Erase what you do not want showing. drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name to bottom right of tag, add EC gradient glow.

Highlight fireworks layer,Add psp noise effect set on 80 random.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp,undo noise,add noise set 90, edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame, repeat one more time.

View animation, save as.
