Font of choice i used Calamity Jane NF.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper2.

Mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Resize ee6 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Copy and paste paper4 as new layer invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none,drop shaddow frame.

Resize ee3 paste as new layer center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tubes paste as new layers one by one place to your own liking

or see how i placed mine. Drop shaddow as you go.

Resize ee5 paste as new layer on top bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ee19 pastye as new layer right of ee5 drop shaddow.

Resize ee4 paste as new layer right of ee19 drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name duplicate select all float, on original modify exspand by1

fill with white select none merge these two layers visable. 

Highlight frame. with freehand tool draw around one of the tree lights

just the bulb not the baynet.colours adjust brightness and contrast

brightness on -13 contrast 55. select none,edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp undo back to brightness draw around your 2nd light

add same brightness and contrast select none, edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.Back to psp, no need to do any udo's now

draw around 3rd light add brightness and contrast as before

select none edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Continue drawing around lights adding brightness and contrast

till you have done all light showing on your tag.

Change properties speed to5,

view animation save as.
