File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with black.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click inside frame,selections modify exspand by3.

Use colours 070908   323A3D darker colour change to gradient

linear no repeats 45 angel change opacity to 50.

New layer fill with gradient.drag below frame.

Resize close up tube paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

Change blend mode to screen,add Tramages tow the line.

Resize half tube image mirror paste as new layer

on top bottom right og frame,duplicate,gussian blur5 soft light.

Drop shaddow top tube layer.

Resize bead string1 paste as new layer on top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize button2 paste as new layer on top bottom left

center of frame drop shaddow.

Resize chocolatebox paste as new layer to right of button drop shaddow.

Resize envelope2 paste as new layer on top bottom

of tubes right leg drop shaddow rotate slightly right.

Resize ribbon image mirror paste as new layer drop shaddow

erase part of long ribbon on the left.place on top of envelope.

Resize rose4 paste as new layer drop shaddow

rote slightly to the left,place on top bottom of butten.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name add EC gradient glow in black halo colour

place to bottom right of tag.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
